For those who don't know, I am a huge Lord of the Rings fan, and pretty much every year I will marathon the trilogy either alone or with friends.

My favorite day to do this is September 22nd, which is the birthday of both Frodo and Bilbo Baggins, and is also known as Hobbit Day.

This year for the event I wanted to make my own version of Lembas bread (aka Way bread), which is an elvish food designed to be compact and super filling, for more info click here
