I left Isla Mujeres on Tuesday afternoon and arrived in Tulum about 3.5 hours later, and met up with my friends.
During the day time while we were in Tulum we visited a beautiful beach, visited the Cenotes, and Coba the Mayan ruins. But the real purpose of us going to Tulum was for two nights of ayahuasca ceremonies with the two shamans that came from Columbia.
I wasn’t at all planning on finding ayahuasca while on this trip in Mexico, the opportunity came to me very unexpectedly. One thing led to another and before I knew it, I was sitting around a fire in the jungles of Tulum, getting ready to drink the medicine.
After Wednesday and Thursday nights ceremonies, we headed back to Isla Mujeres to relax and prepare Friday for the ceremonies on Saturday and Sunday night at a beach house towards the south point of Isla.
I purposely waited till after all four ceremonies were done before recording or posting anything about it, since to me the experiences are all interconnected with each other, and help each other make sense. There was so much to say so again I did it in an audio format since it’s so much easier to just press record and ramble (for apparently 50 minutes straight) rather than trying to construct something written in a blog post.
It was an incredible experience of spiritual journeying and healing. I shared a lot of things that are very personal and close to my heart. To some of you I may sound crazy, and what I’m about to share with you may not make any sense at all, and that’s okay too; but to those that are interested, I hope you enjoy and would love to hear any thoughts you may have! 😊 Thank you for watching/listening!
Very grateful for everyone who was involved in this experience, the new connections I made, the shamans for sharing their presence, Mother Spirit, thank you thank you thank you!
